Hey, I'm Americka.
PMP · CSM · CSPOThere's a moment a lot of high performers hit — the one where you realize you're worth more than what's showing up in your paycheck, your title, or your bandwidth. I hit mine watching a company bill my work for five times what I was actually paid to do it. That's the moment I stopped asking for permission and started building something of my own.
